Among these changes is an increased interest among job hunters in learning the skills of a real estate agent and how to sell properties. At Canopy, we aim to support these individuals by offering an entry-level position to help train and introduce motivated workers to the world of Oklahoma real estate. We are looking for a colleague who can offer new ideas and real estate proposals to our customers, relevant to their individual lifestyles.
Real Estate Agent
Requirements
Active Oklahoma Real Estate License
Valid driver’s license
Skill with using SNS for information gathering
Interest in utilizing AI to boost sales and assist customers
Motivation to learn about real estate brokerage and become a broker

Compensation
Yearly Compensation: $66K - $113K/yr
85%-15% (Experienced Agents)
Negotiation is possible, dependent on skillset and experience.

Job Description
The core work as a licensed real estate agent. Starting with the basics, you will learn how to introduce properties, conduct property viewings, create contracts, and get contracts to the closing table. If you obtain your own real estate Broker license, you can advance to become a broker yourself.
